Superior Corrosion Resistance: Resists virtually all strong acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and mixed corrosive media (excluding molten alkali metals, elemental fluorine, and certain halides).

Exceptional Sealing: The inherent elasticity and low friction coefficient of PTFE ensure near-zero leakage soft sealing between disc and seat.

High-Temperature/Pressure Sintering: Controlled sintering melts, flows, and bonds the PTFE to the metal, forming a dense, uniform, pore-free lining – critical for corrosion resistance and longevity.
