I. Product Overview
NEWWAY wafer-type double-disc stainless steel spring check valves are designed to API 594 and DIN PN16 standards, constructed from 304/316 stainless steel. Featuring dual-disc linkage and spring-loading mechanisms, they automatically prevent backflow in pipelines. Covering DN50-DN1000 (2″-40″) with PN10-PN16 (1.0-1.6MPa) pressure ratings and -10℃~150℃ operating temperatures, these valves are suitable for water, steam, oil, and corrosive media in municipal water supply, petrochemical, and food processing applications.
