The surface is sprayed with an epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating (thickness ≥200μm), extending service life by 2~3 years compared to ordinary cast iron valves in humid environments or chloride-containing media.

Sealing System: Dual Seals for Zero Leakage
The valve seat is made of EPDM or NBR rubber, forming a “soft seal + hard seal” dual structure with the ductile iron gate’s metal base: The rubber seal achieves bubble-tight sealing (leakage ≤0.01cm³/min per API 598 testing), while the metal base provides backup sealing under high pressure or temperature to prevent leakage risks from rubber aging.
