I. Product Technical Overview

Newway hydraulic control heavy hammer check butterfly valve is specially designed for fluid safety control in industrial pipeline systems. It adopts a triple eccentric sealing structure and a hydraulic heavy hammer linkage mechanism, covering DN50-DN400 (2″-16″) in diameter, suitable for low-pressure conditions of PN<1.6MPa, with a medium temperature range of -40℃-120℃ (standard type) and a maximum temperature resistance of 200℃. The valve integrates the advantages of soft and hard seals, with the seat made of PTFE composite material. Combined with the automatic opening/closing function of the hydraulic heavy hammer, it can achieve bidirectional check and flow control for media such as water, gas, and oil, and is widely used in anti-backflow scenarios in metallurgy, power, water supply/drainage, and petrochemical industries.

II. Core Product Features

(A) Triple Eccentric Sealing Structure Design

Newway butterfly valve adopts the three-dimensional eccentric principle (triple eccentricity of stem axis, disc center, and sealing surface), so that the disc disengages from the seat instantly when opening, reducing friction and wear. When closing, the conical sealing surface forms a self-tightening seal, with a leakage rate ≤1×10⁻⁹m³/s (API 598 Class VI standard). Compared with traditional concentric butterfly valves, the triple eccentric structure increases the sealing life by 3 times, especially suitable for working conditions with particulate media.

(B) Hydraulic Heavy Hammer Linkage System

Automatic Check Function: The heavy hammer is linked with the disc through a hydraulic damper. When the pump stops, it relies on gravity and medium backflow to push for quick closing, with a closing time ≤1.5 seconds (DN100), effectively preventing water hammer impact.

Adjustable Damping Control: The hydraulic system can adjust the falling speed of the heavy hammer to avoid pipeline vibration caused by instant closing, adapting to different flow requirements.

Manual Emergency Operation: Equipped with a handwheel drive mechanism, it can be manually opened and closed in case of hydraulic system failure, complying with industrial safety regulations.
