I. Product Overview
NEWWAY superior temperature-resistant bellow seal globe cast shutoff valve is a core flow control component engineered for power generation infrastructure. Crafted with cast steel (WCB/LCB/WC6) and stainless steel (304/316), it features a bellow seal structure and straight-through design to achieve precise shutoff and flow regulation of water and other high-temperature media. Operating at high temperatures (adaptable to thermal cycling) and 1.6MPa~10MPa pressure, it leverages a metal bellow (resistant to high-temperature fatigue) to replace traditional packing seals, eliminating stem leakage—a critical issue in power plant pipelines. Compliant with DIN, GB, and ANSI standards, it is ideal for boiler feedwater systems, steam pipelines, and cooling circuits in power plants, where high-temperature stability, sealing reliability, and precise flow control are essential.

Pressure Range: 1.6MPa~10MPa, adapting to low to high-pressure systems such as boiler water supply (high pressure) and cooling water circulation (medium pressure).
Temperature Adaptability: High-temperature resistant, with WCB handling up to 425℃, WC6 extending to 593℃—suitable for superheated steam and high-temperature water in power plants.
Material Configuration:
Body & Bonnet: WCB (general high-temperature use), LCB (low-temperature stability), WC6 (enhanced high-temperature strength for steam).
