Specification
1/2″~20″ DIN/ANSI Cast Steel Bellow Seal Globe Valve
I. Product Overview
NEWWAY DIN/ANSI cast steel bellow seal globe valve is a versatile flow control solution engineered for industrial pipelines handling water, oil, and other common media. Crafted with cast steel (WCB) and stainless steel (CF8), it features a bellow seal structure and flange connection to ensure precise shutoff and flow regulation. Operating at ordinary temperature and suit medium-pressure systems, it leverages a 304 stainless steel bellow to replace traditional packing seals, eliminating stem leakage—a key advantage over conventional valves. Compliant with DIN, ANSI, and API standards, it is ideal for petroleum, chemical, power generation, and water treatment industries where sealing reliability and global standard compatibility are critical.
II. Key Attribute Parameters
Size Range: 1/2″~20″ (DN15~DN500), covering small to large-diameter pipelines for diverse industrial flow control needs.
Pressure Adaptability: Suitable for medium-pressure systems (typically PN10~PN40), adapting to water supply, oil transmission, and general industrial pipelines.
Temperature Range: Ordinary temperature (-10℃~80℃), with WCB/CF8 materials retaining stability in ambient and moderately heated media.
Material Configuration:
Body: WCB (cost-effective cast steel) or CF8 (stainless steel for corrosion resistance), ensuring structural strength and compatibility with common media.
Disc: A105+13Cr (wear-resistant) or CF8 (corrosion-resistant), with precision machining for tight sealing.
Stem: 2Cr13/304 stainless steel, connected to the bellow to avoid media erosion and ensure smooth operation.
Bellow: 304 stainless steel, forming a hermetic barrier between stem and media to prevent leakage.
End Connections: Flanged (per DIN/ANSI standards), enabling secure integration with global industrial pipelines.
Actuation: Manual (handwheel), with outer screw stem design for clear visual indication of valve position (open/closed).
Design & Test Standards: Design follows DIN EN 13709, ANSI standards; testing complies with DIN EN 12266 to ensure pressure resistance and sealing performance.
