I. Product Overview

NEWWAY DIN flanged bellow seal globe valve is a high-reliability flow control solution engineered for industrial pipelines requiring zero leakage and stable performance. Crafted with GS-C25 carbon steel, WCB, and stainless steel (1.4308/1.4408), it features a bellow seal structure and flanged connection to ensure precise on-off and throttling control of water, oil, gas (WOG), and other industrial media. Operating at normal temperature and PN16~PN64 pressure, it leverages a stainless steel (304/316) bellow to replace traditional packing seals, eliminating stem leakage—a common flaw in conventional globe valves. Compliant with DIN EN 13709 and API standards, it is ideal for metallurgy, electric power, light industry, and general industrial systems where sealing reliability and pressure resistance are critical.

II. Key Attribute Parameters

Size Range: DN15~DN400, covering small to large-diameter pipelines for diverse industrial flow control needs.

Pressure Range: PN16~PN64 (1.6MPa~6.4MPa), adapting to low to medium-high pressure systems such as power plant auxiliary pipelines and industrial oil lines.

Temperature Range: Normal temperature (typically -20℃~200℃), with material options (e.g., 1.4408 stainless steel) extending suitability to moderately high-temperature media.

Material Configuration:

Body & Bonnet: GS-C25 (cost-effective carbon steel), WCB (enhanced strength), 1.4308/1.4408 stainless steel (corrosion resistance for humid or mild chemical environments).

Bellow Unit: 304/316 stainless steel, forming a hermetic barrier between stem and media to prevent leakage; 316 offers superior corrosion resistance for harsh conditions.

Disc & Stem: GS-C25 or stainless steel (13Cr/304/316), ensuring wear resistance and compatibility with media.

Sealing Components: Packing (flexible graphite/PTFE) and gaskets (graphite+stainless steel/PTFE) enhance secondary sealing, complementing the bellow.
