III. Features Description

Three Eccentric Structure: The disc, stem, and sealing surface are designed with three distinct eccentricities, eliminating contact between the disc and seat during opening/closing. This reduces wear, extends seal life, and achieves ANSI/FCI Class V leakage (near-zero) even after 1 million cycles—critical for asphalt and steam systems where leakage risks contamination or energy loss.

Metal Hard Seal: Precision-machined metal sealing surfaces (Ra ≤0.8μm) form a tight bond under pressure, resisting deformation at high temperatures (up to 100°C). Unlike rubber seals, it avoids swelling or degradation in oil, asphalt, or chemical media.
