Double Offset Butterfly Valve

The double-eccentric flanged butterfly valve adopts a double-eccentric structure where the valve stem and the centerline of the valve seat are not aligned with the centerline of the butterfly plate, creating an eccentric design. This design significantly reduces friction between the valve disc and the valve seat, enhancing the valve’s service life and sealing performance. Meanwhile, the use of a flanged connection ensures a reliable connection between the valve and the piping, making it suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter piping systems.

Good quality Gear box were assemblied to our TIANYU valves, without special requirements about the actuator, Above 6″ will be adopted with Gear box

Yoke and body casting in whole,this new design is very beautiful and can avoid the leakage on yoke.
