I. Technical Overview

Newway flange floating ball valve adopts a dual-material system of WCB cast steel and CF8 stainless steel (304), covering DN15~DN200 (1/2″~8″) with nominal pressure PN16~PN100 (1.6~10.0MPa). Operating from -196℃~550℃, it suits water, steam, oil, natural gas, and other media. The floating ball structure pushes the ball against the seat via medium pressure for bidirectional bubble-tight sealing, widely used in petrochemical, power, metallurgy, and building water systems for on/off and regulation. It supports manual, electric, and pneumatic drives for diverse automation needs.

Bidirectional Self-Sealing Mechanism: The ball moves toward the outlet seat under medium pressure for dynamic sealing, with leakage ≤1×10⁻¹⁰m³/s (API 598 Class IV), ideal for flammable media;

Low Flow Resistance: Full-bore design with resistance coefficient ≤0.8, reducing pressure loss by 40% vs. globe valves, saving ~15,000kWh annual pumping energy;

Assembly & Testing:

1.5x nominal pressure hydrostatic test (30-min hold), 1.1x air pressure seal test (helium detection leakage ≤5×10⁻⁹Pa·m³/s);

Sampled for 100,000 cycles with ≥95% sealing retention (industry: 50,000 cycles).
