I. Product Overview

NEWWAY bellow seal bonnet globe valve is a high-reliability flow control solution engineered for high-temperature and medium-pressure industrial systems. Crafted with GS-C25 carbon steel, WCB, or stainless steel (CF8/CF3), it features a  bellow seal structure, flanged connection, and DIN 3356 standard design to ensure precise on-off and throttling control of water, steam, oil, and other high-temperature media. Operating at -29℃~593℃ and PN16~PN40 pressure, it leverages a  bellow assembly to replace traditional packing seals, eliminating stem leakage—a common issue in conventional globe valves. Compliant with DIN 3356, DIN 3202, and DIN 3230 standards, it is ideal for power generation, chemical processing, petroleum, and heating industries where zero leakage and high-temperature resistance are critical.

II. Key Attribute Parameters

Size Range: DN15~DN500 (1/2″~20″), covering small to large-diameter pipelines for diverse high-temperature flow control needs.

Pressure Range: PN16~PN40 (1.6MPa~4.0MPa), adapting to medium-pressure systems such as steam pipelines and industrial heating loops.

Temperature Range: -29℃~593℃, with GS-C25/WCB handling up to 425℃, stainless steel (CF8) extending to 593℃ for extreme high-temperature media.

Material Configuration:

Body & Bonnet: GS-C25 carbon steel (general high-temperature use), WCB (enhanced strength), CF8/CF3 stainless steel (corrosive high-temperature media).

Bellow: Stainless steel 321 (resistant to high-temperature oxidation) or 316 (corrosion resistance), ensuring flexibility and sealing under thermal cycling.

Disc & Seat: WCB or stainless steel, with metal-to-metal sealing for high-temperature applications, optional PTFE coating for tight shut-off in low-temperature scenarios.

Stem: Stainless steel 316, connected to the bellow to prevent media contact and leakage.

End Connections: Flanged (per DIN 2543-2545), ensuring leak-tight integration with pipelines.

Actuation: Manual (handwheel), with outer screw and yoke (OS&Y) design for clear visual indication of valve position (open/closed).

Design & Test Standards: Design follows DIN 3356; face-to-face dimensions per DIN 3202; testing complies with DIN 3230 (hydrostatic shell test at 1.5×rated pressure).
