Material & Sealing
Body & Bonnet: WCB cast carbon steel (ASTM A216), offering high strength (tensile strength ≥485MPa) and temperature resistance up to 425℃. It withstands water, oil, gas, and mild industrial fluids without corrosion in non-aggressive environments.
Seal Components:
Valve Seat/Disc: Metal-to-metal (13Cr stainless steel or stellite coated) for high pressure/temperature; optional PTFE soft seals for corrosive media. Stellite’s hardness (HRC55~60) resists wear from frequent operation.
Flange Gaskets: Graphite (for high temperature) or PTFE (for chemicals), ensuring leak-tight flange connections per standard specifications.
Stem: 2Cr13 alloy steel, corrosion-resistant and torque-resistant, preventing seizing during manual operation.
