I. Analysis of Core Product Features
(A) Double Eccentric Sealing Structure Design
Newway butterfly valve adopts a double eccentric design, where the rotation center of the disc is offset from both the pipeline center and the sealing surface center. This structure makes the disc disengage from the seat instantly during opening, reducing friction and wear. During closing, as the angle changes, the disc gradually compresses the sealing surface to achieve zero-leakage sealing. Tested at PN16 pressure, the leakage rate is below 1×10⁻¹⁰m³/s, meeting the API 598 Class VI sealing standard, suitable for high-demand media control such as flammable and explosive substances.

(A) Manufacturing Process Analysis
Body Molding: Adopts precision casting process. After investment casting of 304/316 stainless steel, ultrasonic testing (UT) is performed to eliminate internal shrinkage cavities, pores, and other defects. High-temperature annealing relieves internal stress to ensure uniform body strength.
Disc Processing: The disc is ground by a five-axis CNC machining center, with the sealing surface flatness error ≤0.02mm and surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm. Surface chrome plating (thickness ≥15μm) enhances wear and corrosion resistance.
Assembly and Testing: Assembled in a dust-free workshop to ensure internal cleanliness. Each valve undergoes a 1.5x nominal pressure (2.4MPa) hydrostatic strength test (holding pressure for 30 minutes), a 1.1x air pressure seal test (leakage rate detection), and a sampling of 50,000 opening/closing life tests.
