I. Technical Overview

Newway flange 3-way ball valve features T/L type dual structure, covering DN15~DN300 sizes, suitable for water, oil, gas and other media diversion, confluence and direction control. Made of 304/316 cast stainless steel, with nominal pressure PN16~PN64 (150~600LB) and working temperature -20℃~232℃, it is widely used in chemical, petroleum, water treatment and HVAC industries. The L-type structure realizes 90° direction switching, while the T-type supports arbitrary connection of three channels, complying with ISO, ANSI, DIN standards for flexible fluid control.

II. Core Features

(A) T/L 3-Way Structure

L-Type Flow Control: Connects two perpendicular channels for direction switching (e.g., pipeline diversion), with ±0.5° accuracy;

T-Type Diversion/Confluence: Connects three channels for medium splitting (1 inlet to 2 outlets) or mixing (2 inlets to 1 outlet), with flow resistance coefficient ≤0.8;

Bidirectional Sealing: PTFE+carbon fiber seats with spring preloading ensure bubble-tight sealing (leakage ≤1×10⁻⁹m³/s), API 598 Class IV compliant.
