I. Technical Overview

Newway electric V-type hard seal ball valve is specially designed for abrasive media like slurry, particles, and coal ash, covering DN15~DN200 (1/2″~8″). Made of WCB cast steel or 304/316 stainless steel, with PN16 (1.6MPa) pressure rating and -20℃~140℃ (-4℉~284℉) operating temperature (up to 280℃ for high-temperature models). The hard seal structure of V-shape ball core and metal seat forms a shearing effect, effectively cutting fibers and particles to prevent jamming, suitable for abrasive fluid control in power, metallurgy, chemical, and mining industries. The electric drive supports 220VAC power input with intelligent positioner for precise 0~90° regulation and emergency shut-off.
