I. Technical Overview

Newway V-type motorized ball valve is specially designed for HVAC water systems, covering DN40-DN150 sizes with ISO7005-2 flange connection, suitable for chilled/hot water and neutral liquids. The body uses QT450 ductile iron (tensile strength ≥450MPa), while the V-shape core and stem adopt 304 stainless steel. Seals are EPDM or FPM, resistant to -5℃~120℃. Supporting 220VAC/24VAC/24VDC power input, it offers control modes including On-Off, 0-10V analog, and 4-20mA signal regulation, meeting flow regulation and emergency shut-off needs in central air conditioning systems under PN16 (1.6MPa) pressure.
