I. Technical Overview

Newway pneumatic V-type ball valve is a high-performance control valve designed for complex industrial applications, strictly complying with GB/T 12237, API 608, and other standards. Ranging from DN25 to DN600 (1″ to 24″), the valve body uses WCB cast steel or 304/316 stainless steel, with a nominal pressure of PN16 (1.6MPa) and operating temperature of -20℃~232℃ (up to 350℃ for high-temperature models). The shearing design of the V-shape ball core and metal seat makes it particularly suitable for media containing fibers, particles, and slurries, widely used in flow regulation and shut-off for petrochemical, metallurgy, water treatment, and heating networks.

Precision Flow Regulation: The V-shape cut core achieves an equal percentage flow characteristic with a 100:1 regulation ratio, enabling linear flow control within 0~90° rotation, improving control accuracy by 30% compared to standard ball valves;

IV. Manufacturing Processes & QC

(A) Precision Manufacturing

Body Forming:

WCB cast steel uses resin sand casting, UT-tested for internal defects, annealed to relieve stress;

Stainless steel body via centrifugal casting, surface roughness Ra≤12.5μm for smooth flow path.

Core Machining:

5-axis CNC grinding for V-shape cuts with angle error ≤±0.3°, fit gap with seat ≤0.03mm;

Stellite alloy overlay followed by high-temperature aging to enhance wear and corrosion resistance.

Assembly & Testing:

1.5x nominal pressure (2.4MPa) hydrostatic test and 1.1x air pressure seal test for each valve (15-min hold without leakage);

Sampled for 50,000 opening/closing cycles with sealing performance retention ≥95%.
